8 Days Out, Just Started Liquids On Friday And Have Been Nauseous And Vomiting

I dont know if I cant handle that much liquid protein or what but I am only getting down about 400 cal. Today I could only get 10g of my shake down before I was nauseated and it stayed that way the rest of the day.

Yes I am taking Protein 7 from Nutrishop and I also tried EAS, I even have tried Atkins shake. All lower sugar/carb and high protein. They taste good but both fri and sat i had two shakes in the morning and by one in the aftn i was throwing up and the nausea never went away.

What shakes are you drinking? Someone suggested trying a different protein source like rice protein.

I drink the brand called: Pure Protein. Chocolate flavor. It's yummy!
