Everytime I click on the link above for all the different sections of the forum it takes me to a site called crazy soldiers???? Is this happening to anyone else or do I have a virus or something?

I think it has something to do with one of the posts... Click on "new posts" it is a weird jumbled title (I wouldn't click on the thread though)

yea probably.

Some people just revel in being destructive dont they?

:)

Whenever I type in http://www.lapbandtalk.com into my browser it also automatically redirects me to that same strange site. Hmmmmm what a nuisence!

I thought it was my computer! I finally got back in through history. What a pain. I would hate to think it was someone that used to care about LBT that would be so malicious. I'm just going to think it is some random hacker. I really feel for those who have been banned. I think things just spiralled out of control for all those involved. As a newbie, this has been such a valuable site. I don't know if I would be getting banded this month if it wasn't for all the things I learned here. I't hard to imagine that a banned person would want to take this site away from those of us that really need it and use it to talk and learn about the band.

It would be really hard to know who it was.

It may just have been a 13 year old kid hacking for fun. I just think it's best not to go "pointing fingers" at anyone.

Totally of the subject I posted...Sammee, the weight in just dropping. You are going to be underweight shortly!!

In all seriousness you are a model bandster and pretty much one of the most successful I know. You are an inspiration and yes I am extremely jealous of you :) :) :D

Don't hate me because I am beautiful, LMAO :)

Thank you, I am not sure if I really am that successful, but thank you! I am really trying to put the brakes on this weight loss thing, and have already had a teeny unfill, but think I will have to go back for another. I am not exercising yet (3 weeks pot op TT tomorrow, and I am not to exercise till 4 weeks), eating the same as I did pre op TT, and still dropping weight.

I am a little worried that I will end up underweight too. I am a size 8 - 10 right now, and am wearing a size 6 bra (well, an 8 that the bra shop I go to alter for me) A size 6 FF is as hard to get as a 28HH. I tell ya' I can't win for losing!

It's likely that it was a case of DNS cashe poisoning. hmmmm, mayby Xsite postings. I didn't witness the behaviour, but from the description, that's what it sounds like to me.

I seriously doubt that anyone what was recently banded has the capability to pull those off.

my bet is that it was a co-incidence, not a disgruntled thing.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
