So Has Anyone Not Lost The Weight They Wanted?

And if you haven't, do you have any idea why?

I'm due for surgery on August 29th. I haven't done so well with my 6 month insurance diet. I'm scared it won't work for me. I'm scared I won'tbe able to lose weight, even with a tiny stomach.

You will I was the same way I had my sleeve done June 12 now down 40 love my sleeve you will do great

Having this surgery is the tool that will help you control your portion sizes and if you will stick to your Dr.'s eating plan which is typically HIGH protein, veggies w/some fruits- you will do just fine. This doesn't mean you can't have a treat once in awhile, or that you might not get off track. But, the key is for you to be committed to the lifestyle change. Understand what will be expected of you and you will do just fine.
