Almost 50Lbs Gone Forever

Recommended Posts

So I am a pound and a half away from reaching my very first goal of 50lbs gone forever. That same pound and a half will also put me in onederland. I'm so excited and proud of myself. So to reward myself, I started my sleeve tattoo. The next 50lbs, I am going to add color and a few more lotus flowers and dragon flies. Do you like it so far?

Oh that's awesome! It's going to be really beautiful when it's complete!

I am getting a portrait or my brother who passed this year, after I lose my weight. I can't wait to get this one.

Again, that is beautiful and I can't wait to see it finished!

Congrats! I echo what everyone else has said- the tattoo is gorgeous. It's going to be even more beautiful when it's finished.

Thank you so much. I'm sorry for your loss. Would love to see your tattoo when it's done.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
