I've seen a lot off people on here that were in the 200 range... Is there anyone that is between 300-400 that has lost a lot of weight? I just wanted to see the progress. :)

Hi, I was sleeved on June 7th. I started my liquid preop diet on May 24th at 314 lbs. I am almost 3 weeks out from surgery, but I've lost a total of 35 lbs so far including the weight lost on the preop diet.

I started at 436. Lost 48 preop. Sleeved June 6 and today weighed in at 352. Weight loss actually stopped for about a week at the two week postoperative stage. Lost nothing for a week then yesterday was down 3 lbs.

I was cleared to eat whatever I want a couple of days ago. So far I get no more than 2-3 bites of anything and I fell stuffed. It subsides after a couple of hours and I usually have some kind of low cal snack like a popsicle. Go back to work Saturday and I'm kinda looking forward to the distraction. Three weeks has been along time sitting around thinking about my stomach and food all day

I had lapband surgery at about 385, give or take a few. Dropped down to around 215.

I was back to about 350 when I had my sleeve (3 mos ago) and am now around 270-something.

I've lost a lot of weight, but I still have a lot left to lose - about 100 lbs. So I'm progress, in the same way your first lap is progress toward a few miles. :)

Hey there! My highest weight was 337. A year later, I had surgery at 306. Currently, I'm 183. I'm 6'2", so even at that high weight, I'm in a normal BMI and normal weight. :-) Yay Sleevie!!

Hi there Tonileebre! As you can see below I am rocking my sleeve and going on 11 months. My High was 410 and today I am at 260. I am even thinking for my height and stature I may not have far to go. I just consulted a plastic surgeon and they said I have about 30 lbs of skin and "stuff" they will have to remove surgically. So that being said I'm really closer to 230 and my goal is 200. I will be posting new befores and nows after my photoshoot this weekend!

Do it for you! Your worth it!

375# PLUS - like many fat people I refused to step on the scale. I do remember this figure of 375 from my docs office a few months before surgery and by britches go even tighter after that till I started the pre-op diet, so I may have been closer to 380#.

Not trying to hijack, but thinoneday, us tall Texas chicks are rockin' it! :-) I'm from Longview originally, now exiled in south Louisiana, LOL. Seriously, I've got you beat in height, but I have a pretty small bone frame for my height--now post-sleeve, I can actually tell that my body build was secretly thin the whole time--who knew?!?

And all of you who are dropping from really high weights--GO, and YAY!! Super proud of you--every one of you, definitely post and keep us updated on your progress. Threads like this are celebrations!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
