How Did You Get Through Your Pre-Op Diet?

Any advice to a very nervous pre-opper on how to mentally get through the pre-op diet? I am required to do 2 weeks of meal replacement.

Keep yourself as busy as you can -- that helped me!

Don't focus on it. Just do it. Keep busy, visualize the skinny new you coming in approximately 3 to 5 months! You can do this. I have a spot on the BIG LOSER'S BENCH waiting for you. :)

What really helped me was to plan out my meals a day in advance so I knew what I was having every 2 hours.

Thanks for all of the advice. I am thinking I may go with the Unjury plan as I will at least be able to eat veggies and yogurt.
