  1. 22 oz isn't so bad. You will be able to take in more each day and the pain when drinking will go away in the next few days. Try to walk around a bit every few hours. It truly does help.
  2. I am three weeks out. It took about a week for it to be completely gone. Day 6 for me was a huge corner that I turned. It will get better each day, and walking was the only thing that helped me. Force yourself to get up and walk around. It really truly helps.
  3. The other day I divvied out a small bag of Cool ranch Doritos to my kids and had the seasoning on my hands. It was torture. So I feel your pain.

  13. Thank you. I was so stupid. The reason I chose that over flake cereal was because it had a ton of protein in it.
  14. This was like a granola. I let it sit in the milk for a very long time and then only took a few bites that were tiny and I chewed and chewed. Since then (9am) i have felt pain in my pouch each time I take a drink of something, haven't wanted to eat since, and am having back pain.

  20. I was sleeved on 8/9. The chest pains are normal. I am pretty sure it's the gas trying to come out. It finally subsided for me yesterday or the day before. I am able to er much bigger drinks in now. Thank goodness. The first four days were the hardest and then I turned a corner. Feeling much much better now.
