What type of conditons prevent a person from being banded?

I have had blood clots in my leg. Are there any health conditons that would disallow one from being banded?

Funny had her surgery with me in Mexico and she has that blood clotting disease I forget what she called it and they done hers. They give you a shot of something right before surgery to keep your blood from clotting and if you tell them before hand they will take extra precautions to make sure you have no problems.
