Feeling Quizzey And Naseasous

I notice a lot of time I feel like I am going to be sick, not running to the bathroom just that sick feeling. I have had it for the past 4 days and I want to drink seltzer water but I wont I just can't stand this feeling. I tried lemon juice and a pinch of salt....no change

Are you getting all your fluids 64oz. in each day more when its hot. When I was dehydrated I got nauseated and light headed when standing. Are you still on stomach acid pills? could be from to much stomach acid. Hope you feel better soon!
