I'm sorry you are having issues. Maybe go backwards and try Isopure clear liquids (they have 40grams of protein) you can pick it up from GNC, variety of flavors, like even ice tea and sip it throughout the day. Maybe the protein shakes are not sitting well with you. Definitely speak to your surgeon or their office for suggestions too. Some people have suggested using a smaller spoon, not drinking out of a straw, though one person said using a straw made her have less gas.
