Mexico is big because if your insurance has a wls exclusion then it is waaaayyyyy cheaper to go to Mexico. In my case, $5500 cheaper. However the docs have just as much if not more experience than the docs here in the US.

You will be fine. I don't have a lot of pain (one of the incisions is sore when I get up & sit down). However, I do have a lot of discomfort. I feel better today than I did yesterday...
