I was sleeved on Tuesday. When I came out of surgery I had bad nausea, but it has subsided now. I passed my leak test on Wednesday. I started my

liquid diet at noon yesterday I don't like the taste of hospital broth. The only thing that is keeping me from going home is my blood work. I hope that all of my levels are good, cuz I'm so ready to go home and get some good rest.

Hi all you June sleevers. We are all on the road to recovery and a new life. I am on day 9 and feeling pretty good for the most part. I am working on protein, fluids and walking. I am down 10.5 so far and it feels so good to be able to leave my 22/24's behind and pull out my 18/20's :-)

It will take me sometime to decide if I want 2 get ever get pregnant. I have 2 have a c-section. This is due to previous surgeries. I was on five different pain medications til they found the right one.

I was told each day it gets better. I shall wait and see. I will do my part. Lord knows i dont want 2 see a hospital .Im wishing you a speedy recovery.

I have to book an appointment with a dietician tomorrow' date=' after reading the posts I have been trying to watch my food intake because I don't want a large liver.[/quote']

My liver was a little large. I was on a liquid diet. I did cheat a couple days. I still had my protein. I was told that my surgeon would not do the surgery. He did. He said everything was healthy.

I was in a lot of pain. I just got out the hospital last night.

I was so worried be for surgery reading peoples stories, I was nervous. It was nothing like that. I started reading my book and went back over my notes from the class. The nutritionist, the nurses, the coordinator and my doctor told me what to do after I got home.
