Hi. I'm June 29th too.

Good luck! I had my surgery on June 8' date=' andi am feeling well. The first few days I was very sore, but I had a large herna surgery as well and from what I hear that hurts more than the sleeve. So you are on your pre-op diet now?[/quote']

Thanks! No, not pre-op quite yet. I'll start Sunday, with reluctance. I don't like the idea of replacing meals with icky shakes.

I happen to love the shakes. I did one every morning that was like a frappacino...I did Vanilla shake, SF choc syrup instant coffee and a cup of milk and ice...delish and kept me full until my fruit at around 12. What shakes are you using?

I got a shake recipe packet from my doctors office. Helps a lot. Just gives me ideas and helps me change it up. If you'd like the file send me your email address and I will send it to you

I resent it. Think I mixed up the numbers in your email address. Sorry

Sounds good. Did you blend the ice with it in a blender, or just shake or stir them together?

I am armed with a two-week supply of Celebrate ENS for my pre-op. I'll start on Sunday.
