I was sleeved on February 10th by Dr verboonen in TJ. I started this journey at 260 and I am 214.5 So that makes a weight loss of 45.5. I just started really exercising but I feel so darn good!

Congrats!! I'm not working out but I know I need to start

53 down since 2/1, but started third week of stall. Strength training and cardio at the gym. Hunger never left, hardest in the evening. Working on the head game. This is an amazing tool. Trying to develop better relationship with food and old desires. One thing I have never felt before, I am enjoying the workouts at the gym.

I was sleeved on Feb 28th starting weight 205 current weight 173 so a total of 32 lbs. I have hit a stall and I am very concerned. I worry to much. Can the stomach stretch back out? I am able to eat 900 calories a day. I work out 3 x a week at Zumba and do an elliptical the other 4 days a week. I think I just need the scale to budge, I would like to see 169 lbs soon.

Thanks for the straw info. I was told I could but wasn't sure if it would make me gassy.

I think I can get more liquids in that way too.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
