Just curious to see if anyone has tried this frozen Greek Yogurt and whether or is ok for sleevers?

I couldn't eat it, although the pb banana spins soooo good. Way too high in carbs/sugar. Maybe look for some no sugar added brands.

OMG it is wonderful! The greek has more protein too. I would only eat 1/2 cup at a time though... it's 200 calories for that size serving and lots of carbs and sugars. I'll eat it on occason, but it's not a daily choice. It's better than the 350 cals that a servicng of B&J Phish Food runs though, so I allow myself to have it in it's place, as a placating agent!
