Anyone Have A "strange" Relationship With Their Vitamins

Recommended Posts

So I take Bariatric Fusion tropical fruit, Sugar Free Chocolate calcium chews, Fiber fusion sugar free gummies. I look SO forward to taking them....like they are a treat! I found myself taking an extra serving of fiber chews because I just love them. Anyone else?

I must investigate these! I gave away my Bariatric Advantage Multis and Calcium chewables, because they are sooo disgusting! I dreaded taking them.

hi D1NOnlySexyLady

I got those Vitamins from my NUT - they came in a small pkg. Now ordering online - They are kind of large, and don't taste the greatest so i use my pill cutter to divide them in half. Don't taste as bad when you only take 1/2 at a time.

good luck

kathy

I couldnt handle Bari Adv multi berry flavor. If anyone wants them let me know if you pay for shipping I'll send. I have a big bottle. I've been using CVS chewable. Not bad.

I got a few samples of Baratric Advantage, I can't stand the taste, and the cinnamon Calcium choked me. It tasted just like powered cinnamon I thought I was gonna choke to death. Yuck.

The Bariatric Advantage Calcium chewables are very powdery, I had chocolate, they came in cinnamon as well which is probably what fluffylibra30 is talking about. The ones I really like are the Bariatric Advantage Chewy bites which are little square that taste like candy...probably the ones cattracks is referring to because they come in lemon, raspberry chocolate and caramel. I have the caramel and that is just what they taste like. Only 250 calcium though...the chalky ones are cheaper and have 500 per tablet but the chewy bites one are like having a candy treat.

Yeah that was the one I had. It was just a sample.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
