Mhp Power Pak Pudding, Good Stuff!

Recommended Posts

Hello Sleeve Family!

Just wanted to give my taste test opinion.

I just picked up some chocolate Protein pudding, it's pre made, just like snack Pack or Jello.< /p>

One case is 17.99 at GNC, on their website too!!

You get 6 generous cans. It has 30 grams of protein in one serving, only 9 carbs, 4.5 grams of fat, and 190 calories!!

The best part being, it's doesn't taste like butt, woohoo! I feel like I'm cheating, when I'm not!

If your like me and you need your chocolate, give this a try! I'm still a week into my pre op diet, but it has helped me keep some sanity, LOL!! Plus I will be able to eat this when the time comes after my surgery!! I'm getting sleeved on the 24th, good luck to us all!!

I was just confused because I am picturing 6 small containers of pudding for 18 bucks? When you say generous cans how long does the 1 can last u?

I have to agree... that seems pretty expensive... that's (basically) 20 bucks for something that won't even last a week if I had one every day...

That makes more sense to me and could be a good way to get in more protein...thanks for the tip!

You can get a 3 can pack at Amazon for $11 if you want to try it first for a little less money. they have chocolate and vanilla

Oh, and I was reading some of the reviews and this seems like a good idea too. I'll have to try it when I get approved (hopefully) for my revision...

You can not get any better. This pudding is fantastic! The can is plenty enough to get 2 servings out of it & then some. Depends on if you mix it with something or just plain. So really your getting at least 12 servings in a 6pk. I absolutely LOVE to take the Chobani vanilla Greek Yogurt & mix 1/2 chocolate pudding & 1/2 Chobani, 1tbl of natural granola, 1t of Peanut Butter & sometimes for an extra kick all natural maple syrup! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! It definetly satisfies your sweet tooth, but in a SUPER CHARGED Protein dessert! "

Thanks for the tip. Will check it out. Right now I am craving SF Jello and have none in the house. :-(

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
