Met With My Doctor Today For The First Appointment

Met with the doctor today I 'am scheduled for sometime in May the actual date will be coming soon I'm now what 280 pounds I need to lose 10 pounds in a month before surgery looking forward to it having my surgery in San Francisco and just wanted to hear what others have to say for the journey I am having the vertical sleeve and just wanted to discuss with other people what they're doing afterwards

    I'm only 3 months out.. but I can tell you, this was one of the best decisions I could have ever made!!! I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
