Magnesium Citrate The Day Prior To Surgery?

Does most everyone have to do this just like the 2 week preop diet? Any ideas on what to drink it with or just drink it plain? Sip it or slam it? I'm going to be so ready to be knocked out for an hour Wednesday morning;-) :D

I drank it straight and then chased it with a bottle of water . It was citris flavored, so made me really thirsty after drinking it. Not great tasting but doable. Much better than that terrible stuff they make you drink for your leak test, Yuk!
