Boobies Question For The Ladies That Had Big Boobies & Went Down Many Cup Sizes

Recommended Posts

So my boobies have always been big, and not perky. My girls are a 42G at the moment. I want to hear from women who didn't have perky boobies. When you lost your weight from your boobs, did the skin/breast get smaller? Like draw up? Or did it just stay whereever they were and look more and more deflated? I hope I'm wording this right. For example, when I was 90 lbs smaller they were a 38DDD. It appeared that they got smaller, like there was less meat in each booby, but it didn't look deflated. So it would seem as if the skin retracted as well. I can't say it will do that at 150 lbs, but I want to have an idea. I know I'm going to want a lift regardless, but just curious as to what my boobies would look like.

They say you have to wait like a year or more to see the change in your skin. I'm fairly young yet so my skin did perk up quickly, like the skin on my tummy is nice and firm but i'm still waiting on the skin on my thighs to perk up. The boobs are perking up slowly but surely....but I have had some other friends who have had to get lifts but are a bit older so it depends on your age and the elasticity of your skin....

I lost 90 lbs last year with the lap band (I'm on this board because I'm revising) and got down to a 32DD. I went and got good supportive bras from VS, and I was pretty happy with how they looked...in the bras. Naked was a whole different deal. Totally deflated and stretched. I could live with it, but I had a really hard time finding swimsuits. My body was in good enough shape that I could wear a two peice, but finding a top that didn't hurt was really difficult. Most two piece tops tie around the neck, and to have all that weight hanging off my neck was just so painful.

If I get back to that weight this time around, I'm going to see if I can find a bikini top that structured like a true bra. That would help me quite a bit.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
