What I mean by alternating calories is, I was doing 700-800 calls a day and stalled for 2 weeks (was getting loads of protein and water), so I decided to up my calories every other day and slightly lower them the other days so 1000 calories, 600-700 calories, 1000 calories etc. After 3 days I dropped over a pound. Has this worked for anyone else, or was it likely a fluke with the timing?
I know a lot of people just up water or protein but anyone else got any other solutions they use for breaking the stalls?
I know stalls aren't a big deal and you usually still lose inches but I am just curious.
