Fizzling Up Left Side Of Esophagus?

I was sleeved on Monday and ever since whenever I swallow, i feel sizzles of gas come up on the left side of my esophagus. also, when i burp it comes up that way too. also, when i drink it goes the left side too. i dont feel the right side at all.

has anyone else experienced this? the sizzling up your esophagus?? and also, then just the left side?!
