I don't mean to be cruel here, but I struggle with believing that the OP is, in fact, sleeved, or a medical student. The sentence structures, spelling, and grammar alone suggest a person who would never be able to succeed in a university setting, especially in the medical field. Additionally, I have a hard time believing that someone would voluntarily have this surgery without understanding ANYTHING about it. Can we do something about the many trolling posts this person is flooding the board with?

Ok english genius your so smart and helpful , you made all the people happy and solved their problem with your post . Not all people are english and speak like you , your post gives me a feeling that you are a racist and like to make fun of other cultures because their first language isnt english. And i would please ask people to stop attacking me and leave me alone . Everyone of us has his/her own problem so go away.

I've always found it's best if we:

DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS

Whatever their reason for the nearly incomprehensible gibberish and attacks - by answering them we are just feeding whatever perverse desire motivates them to post this crap in the first place.

Please, please, please just let this thread die. Just ignore him, he will go away if he can't provoke anyone into an argument.
