When Did You Lose Your Boobs? Help!

Recommended Posts

For the larger breasted women (though I don't mind hearing from any size): When did you start to lose in your cup size?

I have lost 35lbs so far, very happy, feeling great. I am definitely losing in my torso as my rib measurement has gone from 38 to 35! But my actual cup size is not changing much. Not as much as I'd hoped. They already look like hell and I know it will only get worse. But I'm really ready to lose the fat in these suckers. It's already hard enough to find a properly fitting 38H/I bra -- I can't wait until I'm a DDD or DD again. I will have reduction surgery once I hit maintenance, hoping to be a C or B one all is said and done!!

Also, I need to find a better sports bra as I have people telling me I do not appear to have the right support. Anyone have any luck with any retailers or online brands? So far, all the stores carry those "one size fits all" things that turn you into uniboob. My torso is a size 16/18, but my boobs are still like a 22/24. And I'm short to boot with a super short torso. Most bras out there are made for taller women and have really long straps when I need shorter straps. I've heard there is a "petite" category that goes by height, but have never seen them in stores.

Thanks for the help! :D

I'm 3 weeks out and have gone down at least a full cup size, if not more. I have a feeling I am going to be very flat chested once I am thin, which maybe nice :) I would like to improve my posture.

I'm 13 months out and still have the same D cup I had before surgery. However, I have no butt at all now and it came off the last 3 months I was losing, so there is hope for your boobs to reduce eventually!

I know this will sound odd, but I had to buy a new bra today. I was in a 44D, after losing 64 lbs I had to buy today same bra in a 42DD. Lost the inches but gained a cup!!!

I am 7 months out and am still a DD cup just the band size has gone down 4 sizes.

I think alot of it depends on how endowed you were growing up, as a teenager I was like a C/D cup so am not expecting to go lower than that. *fingers crossed*, lost 115 pounds with 55 to go.

I'm back into my 38D bras but things are way lower and more National Geographic-y if you know what I mean... I've never wanted a boob job but might reconsider if someone wants to pay down the line... =)

Talking about Nat Geo: I used to go to school with a boy that said he just loved those chocolate hangie downs...lol

The humor is great! I have to say that of the saggy and non-existent butt, batwing arms, stomach "flap and other things -- the NatGeo boobs are driving me the most crazy. They are just ugly and sad. I'm finally going down in bra size, although it's still a pain to try to find a bra that fits. I've been paying $20 each to have my tailor customize them for me. Don't get me started on swimsuits. I'm dying to swim but am convinced no one makes them for my size/situation and custom is going to cost me about $200 to last a month or two. I wish I could have the surgery now...

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
