Go slow though. Try starting with the softer foods that emlefe suggested like egg salad (or ham salad, tuna salad),tofu, laughing cow, yogurt, cottage cheese etc, in very small amounts. I couldn't eat
Okay I am really frustrated at this point I am back on liquids because solid foods were not agreeing with me like fish, milk, eggs (boiled/scrambled). I have tried veggies no luck. I have tried wheat mc-muffin with adding cheese on top and a sauce however it did not agree with me. I have tried beans as well no luck. Greek yogurt has been fine and oh yeah protein shakes but I am sick of it and bored. I do a lot of egg drop soap other soaps I have tried like creamy soaps work sometimes. Please help suggestions anyone for some foods to eat that will actually stay down and not feel bad going down... I have tried some recipes from the website such as tuna with cream of chicken base with peas did not agree with me at all…
