Lots Of Energy Until Starting Solid Food. Now Exhausted. Is This Normal?

I had all the energy in the world during week 2 and 3 while still in my liquid phase. I was exercising every day, etc. Now that I started on solid food this week, I feel tired all the time and have had to nap almost daily. Anyone else experience this? Doesn't really make sense to me. So glad I am telecommuting for a few more weeks so I am able to nap. I think I would be in bad shape without them.

I'm with on this! I have to come home and take a nap everyday after work even though I've gotten plenty of sleep. I've acutally contemplated scheduling a Dr. appointment to see if there is something that I'm missing. I'm making sure to get all of the protein, water, etc., that I'm supposed to get, but I'm just exhausted everyday!
