Waiting And Starting To Get A Little Anxious

I started my process in September 2011

Initial Consult w/Surgeon- 9/2/11

sleep Study - 9/12/11

Initial Consult with Dietician -9/26/11

Nutritional Classes 9/29, 10/20, 11/17

Nicotine Test 11/22/11

Finally(had issues with the psychologist) Psych Eval 12/14

Now, i am just sitting around waiting on the phone to ring...I have been going to the gym and trying to eat a little better, but I am just assuming because of the holidays is why I haven't heard anything. Trying not to get nervous, but I could be just anxious; I also have been a YouTube addict watching Sleeve journeys and i am still encouraged about the process, however i am hoping to get word.

I am going tomorrow to try out some Protein shakes for my pre op diet. Anybody have any suggestions on good (if they even exists) Protein Shakes...

36 y/o Female

5ft 2in

Starting Weight at initial consult 263

Current Weight 258

BMI 47.2

Hey there, sounds like you are very close to your surgery! I was soooo nervous before mine. I had it on December 20th, so I'm still getting used to it. Not sure if you are a member of a Costco but they have a really good protien shake in chocolate and vanilla. Target has a few good options too. My surgeon had me on optifast for an entire month before my surgery! It is so hard not to cheat! Good luck on your sleeve, and hope you hear something soon...
