Sorry about typos. Getting use to my norms until I heal.like when you think u have to tinkle......RUN! Lol

Glad to see your doing better, time will go by and before you know it you will be eating regular foods. I was sleeved on 4/23 and just now able to eat a 1/4 of a sandwich and have lost 60 pounds. Some things that I really enjoyed eating at your stage (and still do) were yoplait smoothies, Greek yogurt, Panera soup (well blended), Herbox chicken brooth, and bariatric choice banana pudding (12 grams of protein per serving) which was about 6oz. I also experimented with a protein powder that you mixed with water (kind of like Kool aid mix) that was not too bad called Nectar. I would also check out some of the Unjury protein products. Some of my fellow sleeves have rave reviews about it but I didn't try it. Also, Myoplex by EAS has a protein shake that had 42 grams of protein for 17oz. And I found that at my local grocery store and at The Vitamin Shoppe. Hope you have a good recovery and good luck. And just an FYI I would not trust a fart at this stage trust me!!!

Was just looking for a update on how everybody is doing?

Just had my sleeve done yesterday. All in all, I'm doing great. Just soreness on the left side but other than that no real pain.

Should get to go home today. Ready to take on the next phase of my journey.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

How much have u lost? It is real now for me not sure what to expect

I had my surgery April 23rd of this year. So farive lost 80 lbs and I can now eat pretty much anything however only in small portions. But what I don't eat I put away and eat later. Down to a loose size 14 and Large shirt. I would not change anything and do not regret doing the surgery at all.

Hey foxy... I've lost 50 lbs.

That is awesome Tameka;) Do u know if the nicotine test is urine or blood?

I am 9 weeks out and have lost 25 pounds but it is def. slow-15 of that was the first two weeks. So it has taken me 6 weeks to lose 10 pounds:/

That is great letssothis slow and steady wins the race ;)

Foxy thank you... in not sure... Letsdothis I was very sick in the beginning and I believe that had a lot to do with the weight loss. I'm averaging about 3 lbs a week. The doc says my metabolism has picked up...
