Last month there was snow on the ground and it was freezing here in Ottawa...today it is over 30 degrees and B~U~TI~FULL!!

It makes me want to run out and cook myself in the soleil!!!:D

I got a super short haircut at lunch and it looks like i lost 10 pounds and i might, just might get another tattoo on Saturday :guess

I feel light and happy it's so awesome to have hope for the future

Have an awesome week-end people!!

Glad to see you with such a happy spirit today Chantal... let me sit next to you for awhile and perhaps some of it will magically improve my attitude! Sunshine can really do wonders can't it? Rain... Rain... and more rain here. Blow some of that happy sparkle dust towards Wisconsin if you get a chance!

I have a big cartoon turtle on the whole top of my foot,he has at least 8 colors from light&dark green, yellows and whites. I also have a black work bird on the inside of my wrist. That one is my own design, the wing is up, kinda shy like and the only color is his bright blue eye.

I didn't get a chance to go in for my next one but it will be an opened zipper on the back of my calf. The zipper will be bursting with flowers, hearts and things,to soften the harshness of the zipper.

I always said i would get just one but i changed my mind and now want the zipper and orange bubbles for the turtle as well as

a symbol on the back of my neck and the other wrist with something with alot of color.

Gosh... now I feel kinda whimpy... I am thinking the most pain I could tolerate would be a wittle itsy bitsy dragonfly... *sigh* ummm... Chantal... maybe you could get the dragonfly for me and just send me a pic for me to tape to my back????

You're funny!!:D

It doesn't hurt at all!I've had two C-sections and this lap surgery

and the pain is not the same.

When they're doing the tattoo they have to stop about every three to five seconds to wipe so they can see where they are at,it gives you a break so it's not continuous.

My mother's b-day is before my and my twin so the three of us went out for a girlie day last year.My Mom got a pretty hummingbird on her shoulder(her first)and my twin got a butterfly on her wrist(her first too)now they both want more as well:p

I'm such a bad influence!!:guess

Well Chantal... let's see how I handle the ole cut me open and band me pain... I see myself being a big ole crabby a$$ baby.:nervous BUT ... maybe I will surprise myself! I've really only had one surgery in my life... that was on my wrist to have a cyst removed. And... I appear calm when I see a needle coming at me... but I'm a nervous squishy ball of nerves on the inside! We'll see... maybe when I hit the 50lb down mark. (o: I think my conservative hubby would birth a bird if I did....hehehehehe. Hmmm... maybe you are a bad influence!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
