Celebrity Fit Club~Carnie Wilson

I just heard this morning that Carnie Wilson will be on the next Celebrity Fit Club show on VH1.

I don't know if anyone else watches that show, but I do occasionally.

What I don't get is that Dr. Ian claims that you can lose 12 pounds in 10 days right? Then why are the goals only 4 to 8 pounds for 2 week weigh-ins? Seems if his diet works so great why do they set lower goals for the players? ~Mandy

They probably set a buffer so we can be surprised when they lose over goal. But I think Dr. Ian's diet first week consists of eating just fruit and water as a detox, so you can expect something like that the first week. We will see what happens in the next show. I expect the weight to get harder to lose.

I'm sure they are being told not to drink caloric drinks and then they are exercising on a regular basis.

You know when you first start a diet your body is starving for everything, Water, Vitamins and exercise. Like lasonyadj said the first part of the diet is a detox, fruit and veggies.
