Missing my salads! Puree & strain gazpacho?

So missing my salads! Made my kids a chopped cuke & tomato salad last night - when they finished, drank the 1 tsp. or so leftover dressing/juice one of them left at the bottom of the bowl. Delish.

Would pureed/strained gazpacho be a good substitute while I'm on full liquids? Anyone? Thank you!!!

Yes, you can do gazpacho--just be sure to strain out any seeds/skins, as those will be tricky for your baby sleeve. Also, gazpacho isn't very high in protein, so you might consider adding a spoon or two of Greek yogurt and stirring that in. Sounds pretty tasty!
