FIRST OF ALL IM ON THE MUSHIES PHASE WOULD IT BE BETTER IF I HAD A HIGH CALORIE SHAKE NO IT WAS LOW CALORIE SUGAR FREE IM NOT A CHILD I KNW WHAT MY STOMACH CAN HANDLE AND I HAD YOGURT WITH FRUIT AND IT LEAST 25 CARBS IN A SERVING AND WAS ON THE TOLIET THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE BUT MY FOOD CALENDAR SAID I CAN HAVE YOGURT 18 - 20 GRAMS OF CARBS I THINK IT WAS THE FRUIT

You shouldn't get defensive if someone questions a food you eat. All of us have different food plans from our surgeons, I think that the previous poster was just questioning a cupcake (whether sugar free or not) because I'm guessing most of us wouldn't be allowed something like that on our food plans at 3 weeks out. I'm still on full liquids for 4 weeks so I would definitely not be allowed something like that.
