DOES ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHAT TO EAT AND DRINK AT 3TO 4 WEEKS OUT, PLEASE GIVE ME IDEAS RECEPIES JUICE NAMES EVERYTHING FOR PROTEIN, LIQUID, AND MILK CAUSE I CANT TOLARATE FAT FREE MILK HELPPP!!! I HAD SURGERY 8/4/11 AND I LOST 20LB SINCE 7/22/11 TILL NOW PLEASE HELP......

It's really best to refer to your nutritionist's guidelines that were set. Did you get a packet of information following surgery that had your meal plans? I know on this site that every surgeon seems to have a slightly different plan.

On my plan in the first month I can have refried Beans, yogurt, applesauce, pureed fruits/vegetables, soft cheeses, sugar free pudding, etc.

you can have an omellette, pureed veggies or fruits, canned tuna or salmon, bananas, yogourt, mashed potatoes, beans of any kind, etc

I DID RECEIVED A PACKAGE BUT IT DINT SAY EXACTLY WHAT TO EAT, SHE WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN IT BUT MY SERGEON CAME IN AND WANTED TO TAKE OUT MY DRAIN AND THEN SHE LEFT AND I DINT SEE HER I HAVE APPT ON THE SEVENTH BUT TILL THEN I HOPE I EAT RIGHT I DONT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT.
