feel sick to my tummy each time I eat

Could not wait to get too mushies but the last 3 days each time I eat I feel sick (not all the way throw up sick...queasy sick) and I have to go lay down or take a gas x. I have to start work tomorrow and I travel in my car and I am kinda worried  . Any one else go thru this?

Absolutely I experienced this. I was also excited to get out of liquids and on to something that resembled real food. But when I started eating I felt sick to my stomach and the food disgusted me. I actually spent a lot of my mushie time drinking the Protein shakes. I think it has something to do with your stomach not being used to real food after being on liquids for so long. It's a transition period because trust me, it will end. After I was on regular solid food for a couple of weeks my appetite came back and I'm enjoying food again. Even the things that made me sick before or now good again. You just have to get through this time. It will pass.
