Hi fellow sleevers! my surgery is wednesday and started freaking out about nutrition etc. and found this very informative link! Its 14 pages (i printed it) giving you menu ideas, supplement suggestions and more from when you are in the hospital, to when you get home the next few months! This is gonna be my weight loss guide and i thought i would share with you guys incase your in the same confused boat as me! It even has a sample and blank food/liquid/supplement log to follow! I wish this was my meal plan! This recommends starting on purees (soft foods )a lot sooner than mine does. I'm on full liquids for an entire month then move to purees for another month.
