Incision sites and plateau

I am 7 weeks out from surgery and one of my incision sites it really hurting. There is a marble size lump under the skin and it tends to hurt more when I bend over or move around too much. Any thoughts?

Next, I have not lost anything for the past two weeks... How long has your plateaus lasted?

It is normal for you to feel a hardness under your incision sites. As long as they are not bright red, hot or oozing it is part of the normal healing process.

As for thost dang stalls,,, UGHHH,, mine have been as short as 2 weeks and as long as 6 weeks. Keep your measurments, it will get you past the scale head game as you lose inches even when stalled!
