I was allowed it on mushies.

It's very mushy, so I had it two weeks ago when I went to full liquids and purees. It doesn't have any structure or anything, so it's a puree in my mind :)

Well I just tried that and stopped after 2 baby spoons cuz it felt like i ate a brick yikes no ricotta for me! Baby spoons meaning what i use for my 8 month old super small .I was really looking forward to ricotta and that was a disappointment back to broth for me . My doc didnt even say i can have pureed soups only ricotta yogurt and cottage cheese. Does frozen yogurt apply you think?

I don't see why frozen yogurt wouldn't be OK if you're approved for regular yogurt, but probably not a bad idea to check with the nutritionist or your surgeon's office to be sure. Better safe than sorry!
