I need help with "soft" food ideas... recipes

Hey everyone,

I am begging for some advice for some low carb, high protein "soft foods". I have been trying to read all of the posts here, but with me working full-time and going to school full-time my time is limited. I could really use some good ideas. I like the recipes that have been posted along the lines of sheppards pie (which I can chew, chew, chew). I'm going to make the tuna melts that were listed on the site for the before and after book (that I hope to buy soon). Any more ideas would be appreciated!!!! I'm tired of the same ole same ole. But I am also supposed to be incorporating regular foods in the next few days. Any help please...

Test the more solid of these for yourself. My first golf ball was scrambled eggs. Think of this stage as food you could eat if you had no teeth.

Gorton's frozen fish - no breading. They come in 3-oz servings

Frozen crab cakes - again in 3-oz servings

Cottage cheese and canned fruit

Refried Beans topped with melted cheese

Soups with chunks of vegetables or soft meats. I lived on soups.

Canned fruit (fresh is too much just yet)

Mashed potatoes

Saltines or Ritz crackers with humus

Yogurt

Applesauce

pudding

Cream of Wheat

Fluffy scrambled eggs - some people add cottage cheese
