I need some answers from you guys and gals

Hello everyone,

Well, I've finally hit my eight week mark and things are up sometimes and then they're down. Here are some of the things I'm dealing with and I want to know if anyone else has had any of these issues as well:

  1. Sore throat........my throat has been sore since they took that stupid tube from down my throat, again I'm two months out and it's still bothering me.
  2. Body part falling asleep..............as of today both of my legs and my stomach have that feeling when your body parts fall asleep, and now I'm getting scared because that sounds like poor circulation issue.
  3. My tongue feels so weird...................it like hurts whenever I eat something, hard or soft.
  4. Weak feeling........Do any of you still feel kind of weak after you eat? I even feel that way sometimes before I eat anything.

Your input would be really helpful at this time. I really hope nothing is majorly wrong, I don't want to go back to the hospital.

If I were you I would call my doctor immediately and tell them all that you are experiencing. It sounds like you might have some sort of vitamin deficiency. How are you doing in terms of vitamin intake?

I would say call your doc office too.... its better to be safe than sorry...

The feeling weak stayed with me longer than other people, I felt weaker at 4 weeks post op than I did at 1 week. Doc ran all kinds of tests on me, everything was fine, just my body needing more time to adjust I guess..... then little by little I started having more energy. But you have several issues going on... I would call doctor & go in to see him, just get checked out so you know everything is o.k..

good luck
