19 DAYS POST OP AND GAINING WEIGHT

Wondering if anyone else is having this problem of gaining weight. I am only 19 days post op! I lost about 25 lbs then gained 5 back. Getting worried.

Its funny the mac n cheese goes down good, no pain or anything, but cottage cheese hurts a little. WEIRD.

The cottage cheese is Protein, and the mac and cheese is not, that is one of the reasons the mac goes down so easy. Its a slider food. Keep in mind its one of those foods that you can eat without really getting in your protein or feeling full. Perhaps mix some cottage cheese into your mac and cheese to boost the protein... or mix in unflavored Protein powder... this will help you over all.

Wow, I have some new things to watch out for. Thanks ladies!
