Hey- Have you tried this? I bought two big bags- the chocolate and the Cookies and cream- they are not two bad but the 3 huge scoops just to equal 60g protein is a lot just in it's self- So I assume after surgery you could just make one shake and sip on it alllll daaayyyy! lol

I have only tried the choclate and I love it, it's the best I have ever tasted. I have actually been doing about 2 1/2 scoops 3 just seems too much with the amount of liquid. But yes you could make one and sip it all day and you know you got you requirements in. I want to try the other flavors since the choclate is so good.

Vanilla is pretty good as well. I've actually been mixing it with the chocolate. Thinking about buying the strawberry too! I lucked out because it was the first brand I tried.
