Hi guys! I have been taking Miralax here and there to stay normal. I have been mixing it in to my smoothies but I am off the smoothie train for a while. SO I was just curious to know what yall drink it with. Thanks in advance guys!

Sometimes I mix it with my hot Lemon Tea or just Water. It doesn't really have a taste.

I mix it with Water too. Sometimes I put it in crystal light.

Crystal Light "Sunrise" flavor; the sunrise is orange juice flavored and too intense by itself, the miralax mellows the flavor for some reason. I like miralax the best but I think a dependence on it led to my recent bout of ultra low sodium and potassium levels, that ended with me in the hospital.

I put it in crystal light. I don't think it changes the flavor or consistency. Sometimes, I put it in OJ. I got some OJ that is 50 calories for 8 oz. I rarely do that though, mostly put it in the crysal light. Sometimes, I get a drink called PlumSmart. It's for digestive health, and they have a light one. I get that sometimes, and put the miralax in that. That keeps me very regular!! :) Sometimes that is too much and I just do the PlumSmart.

I just mixed it with Water, or grape juice. I would always allow it to just sit on the counter for about 10-15 minutes after the initial stir in, and then there was zero texture. I never really noticed it having a flavor, but back then, not much tasted good/right anyways.

I do as Sarah doe and mix it with Crystal Light. I use a really tiny jelly jar, you know one of those little 2 OZ (???) jars - anyway they are real small. Surprisingly the Miralax can mix with that tiny amount of liquid and still not be detectable.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
