  7. Hey Gogiants, I understand where your coming from. I was at one time in my life 498 pounds, I had to lose 100 pounds in 3 months just to have my gall bladder removed and a hernia repaired. I lost 130 pounds but I was on a very strick diet that a Dr put me one. I vowed after that, I'd have the lap band done. That was back in April 2007, after a year I put back some of that weight back on . It took me a year or so just to find a Dr that took my insurance. When I found that Dr, I found out I had to travel 58 miles just to have my surgery. He (my doctor) suggested I have the bypass but he said he'd really like to recommend the sleeve. Then then the day of my surgery, he asked me if he had problems could he do the sleeve. I told him to do what ever he had to do. That was back on Sept 24, '10.. It was the best thing I ever did. It's been 6 months now, I still have my days that I struggle but I love it. I've lost 82 pounds now. I'm down to 354 pounds now. I'm so close to my first goal of to see 350 and to get into a swim suit. I'm actually going to start doing water aroebics next month. I can't wait. Anyway, Good luck and keep in touch with us all.
  8. Where did you find the mini muffin pans and donuts pans? I can't find it anywhere here in my town.
  9. Okay, I live in Texas and I'm telling you, I'm 5 months out and I'm still not tried a burger from anywhere. Just afraid to try it. But the recipe on here sounds good. Don't sound like you did too bad.
  10. My favorite smothie is one I make with 1 small banana, 1 1/2 scoops whey protein, 1 packet of Splends, 1 capful of Torani Sugar Free Raspberry syrup about 6 ice cubes in a blender and drink that for breakfast. I love it.
