Hi just a short note to say that i am about to start my journey into a new life and basically starting all over again regarding my eating habits, 1 thing i must add is that i live in Scotland but as i am awaiting my date for surgery i found this site after looking for some information on people that have had this procedure done and i found this site and it is very informative and a great help to me as i await my surgery.

All the things i have already been told (and more) i have come across on this great site and hopefully you don't mind a Scot amongst you all lol as i am sure the surgery procedure is pretty much the same wherever you come from so again i hope you all don't mind me being here.

Awesome! Welcome and good luck on your journey. I am in the process of awaiting insurance approval...was submitted a week ago tomorrow and I am dying to get that phone call from my doctor's office. I started a pre-op diet today to help me in getting some of my weight off before surgery to make my surgery go smoother. Good luck and this is a great website!
