Can I ask a stupid question? I have never liked yogurt, so I don't really know much about it. How is it (greek yogurt) different from other yogurts, and what can you do with it besides eating it by itself? Does it say "greek" on the container?

Also has anyone tried the Beanitos bean chips on the second page? They sound interesting, wondering what the Protein vs carb content is.

Yes it does say greek yogurt on the lable. It is thicker and has twice the protein. You can get other uses for yogurt ideas at Stoneybrook.com or just google yogurt uses.
