I just remembered this super good snack that I used to eat when I was doing the low carb diet So I made it today!!! Parmesan cheese chips they are SO good. In 1/4 cup of the cheese there is 110 cal, 1 carb & 9 Proteins. I use the Kraft shredded parmesan cheese, measure 1/4 cup then seperate it into 5-6 piles and pat down on a cookie sheet with parchement paper. (if you don't use parchement, you'll need to spray some nonstick cooking spray on a cookie sheet) Personally I like it better without the spray. Then bake on 350 for about 5 minutes or until the edges are a light brown. let them cool and the should be nice and crispy and FULL of yummy flavor.

:)

Thanks FlyGirl!

I might have to try making my own. I ordered some online and they were SO brittle!!! But not wanting to waste them, I would eat them with tuna (using it like a cracker to put tuna on) but I'm guessing if you make them at home they might not be so hard.

Ooh, you know what I would do?!! I would make them, then when they were still warm and pliable - shape them inside mini muffin tins, then fill those parma-cups with the recipe for Ricota Bake, then shred more parm over everything and bake it all together - eeek! Delicious!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
