I'm 4.5 weeks out and I've been really good, sometimes to the point of thinking did I have an op!
Anyway, I get a bad sharp stabbing pain in the lower right of my belly and was wondering if anyone else had this (FYI this is nowhere any of my incisions). It feels like a really chronic stitch (you know the type you get from running) and I wouldn't ever call a doc about that - before everyone recommends that!
I did manage to get one very low impact Step session in the other day, but this hurts just to walk around at the mo. I want to get exercising by New Year at the latest (ie Saturday) and was just wondering if other people had had similar experiences. Should I just take painkillers when needed? The pain comes and goes and I'm worried about constantly popping painkillers which is why I've been holding off.
