Ok folks... my Wedding Ring has to be held on by another ring my husband bought me or it simply flies off my hand. I just wanted to show you all.

My Wedding Ring is Size 8. The placeholder ring is size 6, and it's starting to feel loose now too... wow!!!

WOW! You look amazing!!!! You are doing such a fantastic job...woo hoo!

Um, I don't know how to say this delicately, but you wear your weight well. You are only 8 lbs less than what I weigh and OMG, there is NO WAY I would be fitting into a size L anything at this point and my neck is totally not that skinny! I would have guessed that you weigh MUCH less than your ticker says....lol. Congrats on that dress...what a great feeling!!!

Thank you hope!!! :D I was modeling for my camera... I won't lie!!

m2g, thank you so much! I don't mind you saying that at all. I really don't know why but I've ALWAYS been about 20-30 Lbs heavier than others that wear my size. I HATE it!!! I really can't say why that's the case. I guess I could lie about my weight and get away with it... :P

I actually won one of those "guess your weight" things at an amusement park once. Haha ;) A long time ago though when I didn't mind getting on a giant scale in front a massive crowd!

You look GREAT!!!!!!! I can't wait to fit in a size Large! When I was 160 pounds (7yrs ago) I was in a size large and people said I was thin! LOL. But I am 5ft 10inches tall. How tall are you? And if you don't mind me asking, what is your current weight? I guess I am dumb because I can't figure out your tickers, LOL!

What have you lost just since your surgery date?

Again, you look amazing!!! I hope you feel as great as you look!

Thank you Darma!!! xx

Thank you also Sarah!!! :)

Right now I weigh 238, but in those photos I think I was around 242. I am 5'6 tall. Right now I'm about 35 Lbs down since my sleeve. Yay!!! :)

I would agree that a size L on you, being tall would make you a thin person. You will get there again, I have no doubt about that!!! You will likely even get smaller than that.

OMG, I can't imagine being smaller than 160, LOL! I just wanna get out of the 200's right now! It's crazy to think about having a 1 in front of my #!! And a size L on my clothes! LOL, or even a M!

On day 4 of the 2 week liquid pre-op diet. Surgery scheduled for June 11th.
Soooo I am coming to a realization
of something and I'm not sure what to do about it. For years the only thing I've enjoyed is eating. We rarely do anything or go anywhere and if we do it always includes food. Family comes over? Big family dinner! Go camping? Food! Take a short ride or trip? Food! Holiday? Food! Go out of town for a Dr appointment? Food! When we go to a new town we don't look for any attractions, we look for restaurants we haven't been to. Heck, I look forward to getting off work because that means it's almost supper time. Now that I'm drinking these pre-op shakes for breakfast, lunch, and supper I have nothing to look forward to.  And once I have surgery on June 11th it'll be more of the same shakes. Even after pureed stage, soft food stage, and finally regular food stage, it's going to be a drastic change for the rest of my life. I'm giving up the one thing that really brings me joy. Eating. How do you cope with that? What do you do to fill that void? Wow. Now I'm sad.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!
