I'm back, and fell great today,but also feel like a Mac truck is sitting on my gut. i haven't pooped yet. is this normal?

the surgery went so quick, and i felt ok thru the whole thing. now i'm on liquids again, but feel so bloaty! :001_unsure:

i do feel good that i'm out and moving around again, and today ventured to get groceries for the fam.

and yes, it's weird. where did my appetite go?

Take is slow. It may seem like the bloat and eating issues will never end but they do! The biggest hurdle is done with. Take this time for YOU rest, walk and rest some more. Then Walk some more. It really is the only way to get rid of the gas.

Take this time to be selfish and concentrate on the new you!
