the begining

i have been thinking about this surgery for at least two years now but not sure what kind to get. i knew i needed to quit smoking and loose some weight prior to surgery so i got started on that. quiting smoking too some works, 6 serious trys before i got it right. but i did it and i can do this so the the weight loss is comming along slow but sure while i'm still deciding weather or not i really wanted the surgery for sure. well finally i do and make an appointment with my docotor who knows how long i have been thing about this and she put me right through everything all the tests were set right up and i was pushed right through real fast. come to find out it usually takes at lest a year. i see my surgon dr david fisher and he wants me to loose an addiontional 30 lbs. so i started at 277 i have to loose an addiontional 30 that will bring me to an even 230. then he said we will schedual the surgery.

i am 1 lb away from my pre surgery goal.

i have 90 to go after my surgery.
